FUSION OF MODERN AND CLASSIC
Log cottages are usually found in vacation and recreation use. This sets certain requirements to functionality and style. Rustic style is the starting point for Janita log cottage appearance but functionality is the guiding star for floor plan design.
IMAGINATIVE SHAPE
As a cottage model, Janita has an innovative log frame shape. Log frame follows the room division and the modern floor plan of the cottage and the end result is a lively log cottage that is far from traditional square shape.
BRIGHT VERANDA
To keep the costs in control, we have not extended the veranda area of this log cottage. However we decided to include transparent roof over it to allow more lighter therefore more open feeling.
WIDE LOFT
Janita comes with an exceptionally wide floor plan and the loft is similarly wide. Janita 57 has fantastically open combined family room and kitchen. It actually feels bigger than it is because of this openness. Log cottage Janita 66 is a supersized version and comes with an extra bedroom but at the same time loses some of its openness.
